केपी ओली अत्याधिक बहुमतले प्रधानमन्त्रीमा निर्वाचित

नेकपा एमाले संसदीय दलका नेता केपी शर्मा ओली मुलुकका ३८ औं प्रधानमन्त्रीका रूपमा निर्वाचित भएका छन्।

आइतबार संसद भवन नयाँ बानेश्वरमा भएको प्रधानमन्त्री पदका लागि भएको निर्वाचनमा ओलीले आफ्ना प्रतिद्वन्द्वी नेपाली कांग्रेसका उम्मेद्वार सुशील कोइरालालाई हराउँदै मुलुकका नयाँ प्रधानमन्त्री भएका हुन्।

संसदमा प्रतिनिधित्व गर्ने ५८७ सभासदमध्ये ३३८ मत पाउदै ओली बहुमतबाट प्रधानमन्त्री चयन भएका हुन्। कोइरालालाको पक्षमा २४९ मत परेको थियो।

केपी ओलीलाई एमाओवादी, राप्रपा नेपाल, फोरम लोकतान्त्रिक, राप्रपा, नेकपा माले, राष्ट्रिय जनमोर्चा, बहुजन शक्ति पार्टी, समाजवादी जनता पार्टी, राष्ट्रिय जनमुक्ति पार्टी, नेपाल परिवार दल लगायतले समर्थन गरेका थिए।

विलावल बोल्न पाएनन् बरु उनीमाथि खाली बोत्तल समेत प्रहार गरियो । विलावलाई आक्रमण गर्ने केहीलाई लण्डन प्रहरीले गिरफ्तार गरेको छ ।

मार्चको नेतृत्व सुल्तान महमूद चौधरीले गरेका थिए । उनलाई कश्मीरका पूर्वप्रधानमन्त्री समेत भनिन्छ ।

क्यानडाको संसद भवन भित्रै गोली चल्यो बन्दूकधारीसहित २ जनाको मृत्यु, प्रधानमन्त्री सुरक्षित

क्यानडाको राजधानी ओटावास्थित संसद भवन भित्रै गोली चल्दा दुई जनाको मृत्यु भएको छ । मारिनेमा एकजना सुरक्षाकर्मी र एकजना गोली चलाउने व्यक्ति रहेका छन् ।

संसद भवन भित्र प्रधानमन्त्री स्टीफन हार्पर समेतको सहभागीतामा बैठक बसिरहेको थियो । एक्कासी गोली चल्न थालेपछि सुरक्षाकर्मीले प्रधानमन्त्रीे हार्पर र सांसदहरुलाईसुरक्षित बाहिर निकालेका थिए ।

अधिकारीहरुका अनुसार क्यानडाको वार मेमोरियलमा तैनाथ एक सुरक्षाकर्मीलाई गोली हानेर माइकल जिहाफ बेब्यू नामका बन्दूकधारी संसद भवन भित्र छिर्न सफल भएका थिए । त्यसपछि सुरक्षाकर्मीसँग गोली हानाहान भएको थियो । ति बन्दूकधारी बाहेक संसद भवन भित्र अरु कोहि नमारिएको क्यानडाका अधिकारीहरुले जानकारी दिएका छन् । आक्रमणबाट केही व्यक्ति घाइते भएका छन् ।

आक्रमणको निन्दा

क्यानडाका प्रधानमन्त्री स्टीफन हार्परले हमला घृणित भएको भन्दै निन्दा गर्नुभएको छ । यसैगरी भारतीय प्रधानमन्त्री नरेन्द्र मोदीले पनि ट्वीट गर्दै आक्रमण चिन्ताजनक भएको भन्दै सबैको कुशलताको प्रार्थना गर्नुभएको छ ।

ति आक्रमणकारी पहिलेदेखि नै संदिग्ध व्यक्ति हुन् । उनको पासपोर्ट प्रहरीले यसअघि नै जफत गरेको थियो । उनको साथमा अरु पनि सहयोगी रहेको अनुमानमा क्यानडाका अधिकारीहरुले अनुसन्धान शुरु गरेका छन् । राजधानीमा सुरक्षा व्यवस्था थप कडा पारिएको छ ।

दक्षिण भारतीय चलचित्र उद्योगमा एक समय पकड जमाएकी जयललिताले १३० फिल्ममा काम गरेकी छिन् । तीन पटक सर्वोत्कृष्ट हिरोइनका लागि ‘फिल्म फेयर अवार्ड’ पाएकी उनी  सन् १९७७ मा राजनीतिमा प्रवेश गरेकी थिइन् ।

बैठकमा ढिला पुग्ने नेताहरु को–को ?

काठमाडौं, भदौ १९ – हिजो आज सबै नेताहरुको एउटै बोली सुन्न सकिन्छ, सहमति हुन्छ, छिट्टै सहमति हुन्छ, सहमतिका लागि हामी प्रतिबद्ध छौं । तर, वास्तविकतामा उनीहरु आफ्नो बोली प्रति इमान्दार नरहेको उनीहरुको व्यवहारले देखाएको छ । संविधानका मूलभूत मुद्दामा सहमतिका लागि समय घर्किरहँदा उनीहरु बैठकमा समेत ढिला पुग्ने गरेका छन् । नेताहरु ढिला पुगेपछि एक–एक घण्टासम्म बैठकमा ढिलाइ हुने गरेको छ ।

बिहिबार सबै नेताहरुलाई बैठकको चाप रहेको छ । बिहानदेखि तीन दलको बैठक बसेर मूलभूत मुद्दामा सहमतिको प्रयास गर्नुपर्ने र साँझ नेकपा–माओवादीसँग । नेकपा माओवादी लगायत अन्य दलहरुलाई संविधान निर्माणमा सहभागी गराउन र सबैलाई मान्य हुने संविधान बनाउन दलहरुलाई ठूलो चुनौती छ । त्यही भएर आज बिहान ठीक ८ बजेदेखि तीन दलको बैठक शुरु गर्ने नेताहरुले प्रतिबद्धता जनाएका थिए । यसअघिको बैठकमा पनि ढिला पुगेका नेताहरु आजको बैठकमा जसरी पनि समयमा पुग्ने बताएका थिए । तर, आज पनि त्यही सिलसिलाले निरन्तरता पाएको छ ।

आजको ८ बजे भनिएको बैठकका लागि नेताहरुको समय तालिका यस्तो थियोः

यसअघि धेरै ढिलो आएका प्रचण्ड र रामचन्द्र पौडेल यसपटक अलि चाँडो आइपुगेका छन् ।

शेरबहादुर देउवा, माधव नेपाल र विद्या भण्डारीले बाटोमा छु भनेर खबर गरे पनि ८:४० बजे सम्म वहाँहरुको उपस्थिति भएको थिएन ।

अघिल्लो बैठमा उपस्थित भएका बामदेव गौतम, भिम रावल, कृष्ण प्रसाद सिटौलाको त कुनै पनि खबर नै आएको छैन ।

प्रमुख दलहरुबीच बिहीबार ‘निर्णायक वार्ता’

नयाँ संविधानका अन्तरवस्तुबारे सहमति जुटाउन प्रमुख दलहरुबीच बिहीबार ‘निर्णायक वार्ता’ हुने भएको छ ।
संवैधानिक राजनीतिक सम्वाद तथा समितिका सभापति डा. बाबुराम भट्टराईको पहलमा शीर्ष नेताहरुबीच गम्भिर र निर्णायक वार्ता हुन लागेको हो । भट्टराईले भदौ २१ सम्मका सबै सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रम स्थगित गरेर छलफलमा जुट्न शीर्ष नेताहरुलाई आग्रह गरेका छन् ।

संविधानसभाको कार्यतालिका अनुसार विवादित विषयमा सहमतिका लागि तोकिएको समय तीन दिन मात्र बाँकी छ । २१ गतेसम्म सहमति नभए संविधानसभाको प्रक्रियामा लैजाने कार्यतालिका छ । अहिलेसम्म संघीयता, शासकीय स्वरुपसहितका विषयमा सहमति हुन सकेको छैन ।
संविधानसभा बाहिर रहेको मोहन बैद्यसहितका दलहरुलाई संविधान निर्माण प्रक्रियामा कसरी सहभागी गराउने भन्ने टुङ्गो लागेको छैन ।
सम्वाद समितिका सभापति डा. भट्टराईले बिहीबार विहान ८ बजे प्रमुख तीन दल कांग्रेस, एमाले र एमाओवादीका शीर्ष नेताहरुको बैठक बोलाएका छन् । बैठकमा शासकीय स्वरुप र संघीयताबारे सहमतिको प्रयास हुनेछ ।
एमाओवादीले राज्य पुनःंसंरचना समितिले तय गरेको सैद्धान्तिक आधार र आयोगको संख्या, नामाकंन र सीमांकनलाई आधार बनाउनु पर्ने बताएको छ । १० प्रदेशको प्रस्ताव अघि सारेको माओवादीले शासकीय स्वरुपमा प्रत्यक्ष निर्वाचित कार्यकारी राष्ट्रपतिको प्रस्ताव गरेको छ ।
कांग्रेस र एमाले बहुपहिचानका आधारमा बढीमा सात प्रदेश बनाउनु पर्ने अडानमा छन् । कांग्रेस संसदीय व्यवस्थाको पक्षमा छ भने एमालेले प्रत्यक्ष निर्वाचित कार्यकारी प्रधानमन्त्रीको प्रस्ताव अडान लिएको छ ।
सोमबारको बैठकमा तीन दलले आ-आफ्नो अडान मात्र राखेका थिए । तीनदलको बैठकपछि मधेसवादी र अन्य दलहरुसँग छलफल गर्ने कार्यक्रम छ ।
बैद्यसँग पनि निर्णायक वार्ता
प्रमुख तीन दलले संविधानसभाबाहिर रहेको बैद्य माओवादीसँग पनि बिहीबार नै वार्ता गर्दैछन् । बैद्य माओवादीले राखेको सर्वपक्षीय भेलाप्रति सत्तारुढ कांग्रेसका नेताहरु सहमत नदेखिएपछि सोमबारको बैठकमा विवाद भएको थियो ।
कांग्रेस र एमाले संविधानका विवादित विषयलाई प्रक्रियामा लैजाने मनस्थितिमा देखिएको माओवादी नेताहरुको आरोप छ ।
तर, एमाओवादीले भने बैद्य माओवादीलाई संविधान निर्माण प्रक्रियामा सहभागी नगराइ अघि बढ्न नसक्ने बताएको स्रोतले जनाएको छ ।

। प्रमुख तीनदलसँग भएको छलफलमा नेकपा माओवादीले ८ बुँदे माग अगाडी सारेको छ । प्रधानमन्त्री निवास वालुवाटारमा बसेको तीनदलसँग छलफलमा नेकपा–माओवादीले सर्वपक्षीय राष्ट्रिय राजनीतिक सभा गर्नुपर्ने मागसहित आँठ बुँदे प्रस्ताव पेश गरेको हो । मागबारेमा आज छलफल भएपनि कुनै निर्णय हुन नसकेको नेताहरुले बताएका छन् । नेकपा माओवादीले राखेको माग बारे मुख्य तीन दलले आन्तरिक छलफल गरेर विहीवार फेरि बस्ने बैठकबाट ठोस निर्णय गरिने बताएका छन् । आजको छलफलमा नेपाली काङ्ग्रेस, नेकपा एमाले, एकीकृत माओवादी, नेकपा माओवादी, राप्रपा र नेकपा मालेका शिर्ष नेताहरुको सहभागीता रहेको थियो । सर्वपक्षीय सभाबारे १.नाम:  सर्वपक्षीय राष्ट्रिय राजनीतिक सभा २.क्षेत्राधिकार : दलहरुबीचमा विगतमा भएका सहमतिहरुको कार्यान्वयन र जनताको संविधान निर्माणलगायत राष्ट्रिय राजनीतिक विषयहरुमा दहरुबीच राष्ट्रिय राजनीतिक सहमति कायम गर्ने । ३. आयोजक :तत्काल नेपाली कांग्रेस, नेकपा एमाले, एनेकपा माओवादी र नेकपा–माओवादीबीच आपसी सहमतिबाट आयोजना गर्ने । ४. व्यवस्थापन:  नेपाल सरकारले गर्ने । ५. सहभागिता : संविधानसभा–२ मा भएका दलहरु र ३३ दलीय मोर्चामा रहेका दलहरु रहने । ६. कार्यसूची :आयोजक ४ दलले आपसी सहमतिबाट कार्यसूची तय गरी प्रस्ताव गर्ने । ७. निर्णय प्रक्रिया : स्सहभागी सबै दलहरुबीच सहमतीय प्रणालीबाट निर्णय गर्ने । ८. निर्णय कार्यान्वयन: संविधान निर्माणसम्बन्धी निर्णयहरु सर्वपक्षीय राष्ट्रिय राजनीतिक सभा स्वयम्ले गर्नेछ । राज्यका अन्य निकायहरुमार्फत् कार्यान्वयन गरिनुपर्ने निर्णयहरुको सम्बन्धमा सम्बन्धित निकायहरुको जिम्मेवारी रहेका राजनीतिक दलहरुले गर्ने । मिति : २०७१ जेठ २६ गते नेकपा–माओवादी

Govt nominates 18 lawmakers, UML Gen-Secy's wife, RPP(N) chair's brother nominated

A cabinet meeting on Friday nominated 18 people for the vacant 26 seats of lawmakers in the Constituent Assembly (CA).

In a meeting held in Council of Ministers' office, the cabinet agreed on 18 lawmakers' names from lists sent by Nepali Congress, CPN (UML) and Rashtriya Prajatantra Party Nepal for their quota.

Radhe Shyam Adhikari, Shiva Bahadur Khadka, Pushkar Acharya, Resham Baniya, Sakudev Sutihar, Rukmini Koirala, Surya Dev Das, Umesh Shrestha, Anil Kumar Rungta were nominated in Nepali Congress quota.

Likewise, Agni Kharel, Ganga Dangi, Mira Dhwaju ,Pemba Bhote, Naresh Kharel, rajan Bhattarai, Partaman Dhimal were nominated from CPN(UML).

However, UCPN (Maoist) has not sent any names for nomination stating the government's failure to implement the four-point agreement.

Ganesh Thapa was nominated for the only seat for Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (Nepal).

All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) president Ganesh Thapa is RPP (N) chair Kamal Thapa's brother.

Similarly, Mira Dhwaju is the wife of CPN (UML) General Secretary Ishwar Pokhkrel.

The parliament's Public Accounts Committee, which is holding an inquiry about alleged financial irregularities in ANFA, summoned ANFA president Thapa to submit his bank statement and statements of income and expenditure. The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority is also investigating Thapa's files.

रिस गरेको जानकारी दिदै संविधान निर्माणको कार्यतालिका अनुसार संविधान निर्माणलाई अघि बढाउन धमलाले बाहिर जस्तै समन्वयकारी भूमिका निर्वाह गर्ने विश्वास ब्यक्त गरे । उनले आफूहरुले प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई सरकारलाई समर्थन गरेका सानादलहरुको तर्फबाट सभासद मनोनयन गर्नुपर्ने र सरकारमा समेत सहभागि गराउनु पर्ने भन्दै नगरे सररकारलाई दिएको समर्थन फिर्ता लिने चेतावनी दिएको बताए । दहितले प्रधानमन्त्रीले चुनाव हारेका र समानुपातिकको सूचिमा परेकाहरुलाई २६ मा मनोनित नगर्ने स्पष्ट पारेको जानकारी समेत दिए । खुम्बुवान राष्ट्रिय मोर्चा का अध्यक्ष रामकुमार खुम्बुले पत्रकारहरुको प्रतिनिधित्व गराउन धमलाको नाम सिफारिस गरेको भन्दै उनले लोकतन्त्र कठिन अवस्थामा रहेको बेला खेलेको भूमिका र सहमतिको लागि गरेको कामको सम्मान गर्दै ठूला दलहरुले पनि समर्थन गर्नु पर्ने सुझाव दिए । उनले संघीय पहिचानसहितको संविधान बनाउनु पर्नेमा जोड दिए । नेपाली जनता दलका अध्यक्ष हरिचरण साहले ऋषि धमला जस्तो सबैलाई समेट्न सक्ने ब्यक्तित्वको संविधानसभामा आवश्यकता महसुस गरेर उनको नाम सिफारिस गरेको बताए । उनीहरुले प्रधानमन्त्रीसंगको भेटमा आफूहरुको तर्फबाट पनि राजदुत नियुक्ती गर्नुपर्ने माँग राखेको प्रष्ट पारेका छन् ।

Statute drafting UCPN (M)'s top most priority: Dahal

BARDIBAS, FEB 07 - UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has reiterated that constitution drafting is the top most priority of his party.

 During his joint meeting with local political cadres and media persons at a hall of Bardibas-based Parijat Memorial Hospital in Mahottari district on Fri

day, former Prime Minister Dahal said state power is not the priority of his party which has already decided to stay in the opposition bench.

"But, the party can review its decision if constitution drafting is affected because of its absence in the government," he added.

The UCPN (M) Chairman further said that the promulgation of the new constitution within a year is still possible if the parties in the Constituent Assembly work honestly.  

The nation and people will get new constitution within a year if the decisions made by the earlier CA are endorsed and all the political parties gear up for constitution making process with flexibilities, he said.

Also on the occasion, Dahal visited the patients receiving treatment at the hospital and took stock of situation of their treatment, before leaving for Siraha. 

Oli sees no ground to retain prez, wants fresh polls

KATHMANDU, FEB 07 - CPN-UML Parliamentary Party leader KP Oli has demanded the House begin electoral process to elect the new president and vice president at the earliest.

Speaking at the Legislative-Parliament session on Friday, leader Oli said the new CA does not recognise the old president. "This is not the continuation of old CA, this is a new one," said Oli, "This CA does not recognise the old president and vice president."

He demanded the parliament prepare agenda to elect new president and vice president and the speaker before initiating other important tasks. He argued that the Nepali Congress (NC) cannot push for continuing the old president and vice president against democratic principles.

He went on to argue that the president, who was firstly elected for two years ha already held the post for six years altogether, cannot be retained in the post for next four years.

"The term of CA initially elected for two years was extended to four years, the president remained in the post for six years including the two years of transition," said the UML parliamentary party leader. "Though the parties have committed to draft the new constitution in one year, the term of parliament is four years according to the constitution and it might take another four years for next election s, should the president remain in the post for 14 years?"  

Leader Oli said that either the parliament should endorse the tenure of President Ram Baran Yadav or should thank him for his past works and elect a new president. He further said that no one should continue in any post without endorsement in a democracy just because he was good.

He put forward the example of the resignation by China's President Hu Jintao, who is credited for elevating China as the world's second largest economy, after 10 years.  

Saying that the issue of election to the post of president and vice president is not a personal matter, Oli remarked that no one can move forward against rule and procedure. "Is not this CA dominated by democratic forces good?" he argued, "Does it mean it should be given continuity forever."

Likewise, UCPN (Maoist) leader Giriraj Mani Pokharel lent his support to Oli's statement.

Addressing the House session, the UCPN (M) leader said leader Oli has raised a justified issue and the old president should not be given continuity against democratic norms and values.  

He said it was not his personal but the party's view that the president should be changed.

On the other hand, NC leader Arjun Narsingh KC claimed that the president cannot be changed against the constitution without amendment of constitution, resignation or impeachment against the president. 

Dahal says UCPN-Maoist for constitution

9 Nov, Bardibas- UCPN-Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said only the victory of his party in CA will give a progressive constitution for the country.

Addressing a corner meeting organized under the Mechi-Mahakali Awakening Campaign at Bardibas of Mahottari today, he said victory of his party was necessary for constitution, stability and federalism.

He claimed that his party’s victory was certain from the wave of support in various part of the country from Mechi to Mahakali.

In the same programme, another leader Dr. Baburam Bhattarai called for majority for his party.

The programme was presided over by UCPN-Maoist District Convener Tulasi Prasad Dhungana, where Khagendra Sangraula and other speakers also expressed their views.

President Yadav administers oath of office and secrecy to senior-most C.A member Surya Bahadur Thapa

KATHMANDU, JANUARY 20 -President Dr Ram Baran Yadav administered the oath of office and secrecy to the seniormost C.A member Surya Bahadur Thapa today. The 86 year old veteran politician is the eldest of the 575 members of the constituent assembly.

Vice-President Paramananda Jha, Chairman of Interim Election Council Khil Raj Regmi, acting Chief Justice Damodar Prasad Sharma, chiefs of constitutional bodies and leaders of major political parties were present on the occasion.

The Interim Constitution provides for the head of state to administer the oath to the seniormost lawmaker who conducts the CA affairs until the CA chairperson and vice-chairperson are elected. Thapa will swear in 575 CA members at the CA building in New Baneshwor tomorrow afternoon.

The historic meeting of the second CA will take place on Wednesday at International Convention Centre, New Baneshwor while that of the legislature parliament will take place on January 26.

As per the election time table published today by the Election Committee formed under the convenorship of the party spokesperson Dilendra Prasad Badu, the time for registering candidacy has been set for 11 am to 1 pm on Saturday while the election will be held between 8.30 am to 11 am, Sunday.

Party President Sushil Koirala, senior leader Sher Bahadur Deuba and Vice-chairman Ram Chandra Poudel are aspiring for the post of PP leader to who will also potentially hold the post of the next prime minister.

काठमाडौं– सर्वोच्च अदालतले तराई–मधेस सद्भावना पार्टीका अध्यक्ष तथा संविधानसभा सदस्य महेन्द्र यादवलाई अदालतको अवहेलना मुद्दामा सफाइ दिएको छ। पूर्वसिँचाइ सचिवलाई पदस्थापना गर्नू भन्ने सर्वोच्चको आदेश पालना नगरी अवहेलना गरेको भन्दै सर्वोच्चले यसअघि उनलाई ६ हजार रुपैयाँ जरिवाना गर्ने निर्णय सुनाएको थियो।

न्यायाधीश कल्याण श्रेष्ठ र गिरीशचन्द्र लालको इजलासले यादवले अदालतमा चित्तबुझ्दो क्षमायाचना गरेको भन्दै सफाइ दिने निर्णय सुनाएको हो।
सरकारले तत्कालीन सिंचाइ सचिव बृन्दा हाडालाई अवकाश पाउनुभन्दा एक महिनाअघि नै महालेखा नियन्त्रकमा सरुवा गरेको थियो। सरुवाविरुद्ध हाडाले सर्वोच्चमा रिट दायर गरेकी थिइन्। सो रिटमा सर्वोच्चले पुरानै स्थानमा पदस्थापन गर्न अन्तरिम आदेश जारी गरेको थियो। तर अदालतको आदेश अटेर गर्दै तत्कालीन मन्त्री यादवले प्रतापकुमार पाठकलाई उक्त स्थानमा सरुवा गरेका थिए। अदालतको आदेशविपरीत पाठकलाई सचिव बनाइएको भन्दै हाडाले अपहेलना निवेदनमा दायर गरिन्। अदालतले सचिव र मन्त्रीलाई जरिवाना गर्ने निर्णय सुनाएको थियो। सचिव पाठकले सर्वोच्चबाट यसअघि नै सफाइ पाइसकेका छन्।

१ माघ, काठमाडौं । नयाँ पार्टी गठनका लागि निवेदन बोकेर निर्वाचन आयोगमा पुगेका टंक ढकाल सजिलै कमल थापा नेतृत्वकै राप्रपा नेपालमा फर्किइसकेका छन् । तर, अधिवक्ता बालकृष्ण न्यौपाने, श्याम तिमल्सिनासहितका ५ जना नेताहरु निस्कासित भएका छन् । असफल विद्रोहमा सहभागी ६ जनालाई म्याद दिइएको छ ।

अधिवक्ता न्यौपाने यसलाई अगुवा नै भगुवा भएको बताउँछन् । ‘दबाव र प्रलोभनले काम गर्‍योजस्तो देखिन्छ’ उनले भने-’ढकालले अहिलेसम्म हामीलाई केही भनेका छैनन् । न म पुरानै पार्टीमा फर्किएँ, तिमीहरु के गर्छौ भनेर सोधे, न यस कारण म गएँ भनेर नै सुनाए ।’

कमल थापाले समानुपातिक सभासद सिफारिस गरेको भन्दै असन्तुष्ट बनेकाहरुले गरेको छुट्टै भेलाको अध्यक्षता ढकाल स्वयंले गरेका थिए । उनी नेपाली राप्रपा नामक नयाँ दल दर्ताका लागि निवेदन लिएर निर्वाचन आयोगमा मात्र पुगेनन्, नयाँ दलले राप्रपा नेपालले पाएको २४ सिटमा आधा भाग खोज्दै सभासदको छुट्टै सूचीसमेत बुझाएको थियो, जसमा ढकालको नाम अग्रपंक्तिमा थियो ।

एक नेताका अनुसार कमल थापाले समानुपातिक सभासद नबनाएपछि नयाँ पार्टी गठन गर्दै आफूलाई सभासद सिफारिस गर्दै आयोग पुगेका ढकाल निर्वाचन आयोगले मान्यता नदिएपछि हच्किएको हुन सक्छन् । पार्टीमा फर्किएपछि ढकाल कमल थापासँग नजिकिएका छन् । ‘पहिला त कमल थापा र टंक ढकालको सम्वन्ध त्यति राम्रो थिएन, फर्किएपछि नजिकिएका छन्’ एक नेताले भने ।

अहिलेकै अवस्थामा राप्रपा नेपालमा नजाने अडानमा रहेका अधिवक्ता न्यौपाने भने संविधानसभा अदालतबाट न्याय पाउने आशमा छन् । ‘हामीले उठाएका प्रश्नमा अदालतले माघ पाँच गतेभित्र लिखित जवाफ मागेको छ’ अधिवक्ता न्यौपानेले अनलाइनखबरसँग भने-’हाम्रो मुद्दाले बहुदलीय व्यवस्था पार्टी सञ्चालनबारे बोल्छ भन्ने अपेक्षा गरेका छौं । अदालतले कि त पार्टी अध्यक्षले जे गर्‍यो त्यही ठीक भन्नुपर्छ, होइन भने लोकतान्त्रिक विधि र प्रक्रियाबाट हुनुपर्छ ।’
