हस्तमैथुनका नकारात्मक असरहरु

A Scottish farmer was in his field digging up his tatties (a Scots word for potatoes). An American farmer looked over the fence and said
"In Texas we grow potatoes 5 times larger than that!"
The Scotsman replied " Ah but we just grow them for our own mouths!"

One day an Englishman, a Scotsman, and an Irishman walked into a pub together. They each bought a pint of Guinness. Just as they were about to enjoy their creamy beverage, three flies landed in each of their pints, and were stuck in the thick head. The Englishman pushed his beer away in disgust. The Scotsman fished the fly out of his beer, and continued drinking it, as if nothing had happened. The Irishman, too, picked the fly out of his drink, held it out over the beer, and started yelling, "SPIT IT OUT, SPIT IT OUT YOU BAS**RD!!!!"

हस्तमैथुनका बारेमा पुरुषहरुले खुलेर कुरा गरेपनि महिलाहरुले भने यस्तो कुराहरुमा केहि बोल्न चाहँदैनन् । तर, हस्तमैथुनलाई तपाईंले नकार्न पनि सक्नुहुन्न, यो जीवनको एउटा पाटो बनिसकेको छ । हस्तमैथुनलाई लिएर धेरै कुराहरु गरिए कुनै सत्य भए र कुनै असत्य पनि । यहाँ हस्तमैथुनलाई लिएर केहि तथ्यहरु दिइएका छन् ।
हस्तमैथुनका केहि राम्रा पक्षहरु जसलाई तपाईंले पनि स्विकार्नु हुन्छः
- वीर्यस्खलन पछिको आराम
-  आनन्दको चरमोत्कर्ष
-  निद्रा लाग्न मद्दत
-  तपाईंलाई आनन्द दिन्छ
-  तनावलाई घटाउँछ
हस्तमैथुनका केहि साइड इफेक्ट पनि रहेका छन्:
-  हस्तमैथुनले वीर्यको संख्यामा ह्रास आउन मद्दत गर्छ जसले गर्भधारणको मौकामा कमी हुन्छ ।
-  बारम्बारको हस्तमैथुनले तपाईंको सन्तुष्टिमा धेरै समय लाग्ने गर्दछ ।
-  यदि तपाईंको हात कडा छ भने यसले तपाईंको यौनाङ्गमा घाउ बनाउन सक्छ ।
-  हस्मैथुनलाई सामाजिक कलंकको संज्ञा दिइन्छ जसले गर्दा तपाईंको मनोबलमा कमी आउन सक्छ ।
