काठमाडौँ : आगामी मंसिर २८ गते हुन लागेको विश्व सुन्दरी प्रतियोगिता मिस वर्ल्डका लागि मिस नेपाल सुबिन लिम्बुको परिचयात्मक भिडियो आयोजकले सार्वजनिक गरेको छ।

मन्दिरको पृष्ठभूमिमा लिम्बुले आफ्नो छोटो परिचय त्यसमा दिएकी छिन्।

मिस वर्ल्डमा सहभागी हुने सबै प्रतियोगीहरुले आ-आफ्नो देशबाटै भिडियो पठाउनु पर्ने व्यवस्था अनुसार यस्तो भिडियो बनाइएको हो।

कार्यालयमा यौन दुर्व्यवहार गरे तीन महिना जेल र २५ हजार जरिवाना

कार्यालयमा सहकर्मी, हाकिम वा सेवाग्राहीले यौन आशयले जिस्काउने छुने गरे, अश्लील चित्र देखाउने, इशारा गर्ने गरे पीडितले जेल सजाय माग गर्दै उजुरी गर्न सक्ने भएका छन्। आइतबार  व्यवस्थापिका संसदले पारित गरेको कार्यस्थलमा हुने यौनजन्य दुर्व्यवहार नियन्त्रण विधेयकले यौन दुर्व्यवहार गर्नेलाई ३ महिना जेल र २५ हजार जरिवानाको ब्यवस्था गरेको छ।

त्यसका लागि त्यस्तो क्रियाकलाप भएको  ९० दिन भित्र जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयमा उजुरी गर्नुपर्ने हदम्याद राखिएको छ। तर जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयमा प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारीले गरेको निर्णय चित्त नबुझे पुनरावेदन अदालतमा पुनरावेदन गर्न सकिनेछ।
के भए मानिन्छ यौन दुर्व्यवहार?
विधेयकमा कसैले पद, शक्ति वा अधिकारको दुरुपयोग गरी कुनै किसिमको दबाब, प्रभाव वा प्रलोभनमा पारी वा हतोत्साहित गरी यौनजन्य आशयले छोएमा वा छुने प्रयास गरेमा समेत दुर्व्यवहार मानिने उल्लेख छ।

विधेयकले निम्न कार्यलाई यौनजन्य दुर्व्यवहार मानेको छ:-
क) यौनजन्य आशयले शरीरको कुनै अङ्गमा छोएमा वा छुने प्रयास गरेमा,
ख) अश्लील तथा यौनजन्य क्रियाकलापसँग सम्बन्धित शब्द, चित्र, पत्रपत्रिका, श्रव्य, दृश्य, साधन, वस्तु वा सामाग्री प्रयोग वा प्रदर्शन गरेमा,
ग) यौनजन्य क्रियाकपालापको बारेमा कुराकानी गरेमा,
घ) लेखेर, बोलेर वा इशाराले अश्लील तथा यौनजन्य आशय प्रदर्शन वा प्रकट गरेमा,
ङ) यौनजन्य क्रियाकलापका लागि प्रस्ताव गरेमा,
च) यौनजन्य आशयले जिस्काएमा वा हैरानी दिएमा,
छ) यौनजन्य आशयले अस्वभाविक व्यवहार प्रकट गरेमा।
के छ सजाय?
कुनै कर्मचारी वा सेवाग्राहीलाई यौनजन्य दुर्व्यवहार गरेमा कसुरको प्रकृति हेरी तीन महिनासम्म कैद वा पच्चीस हजार रुपैयाँसम्म जरिवाना वा दुवै सजायको ब्यवस्था गरेको छ।

विधेयकले कार्यालयमा भएको यौनजन्य हिंसाको व्यवस्थापकलाई मौखिक उजुरी वा लिखित उजुरी गर्दा छानबिन गरी कारबाही नगरे १५ हजार सम्म जरिवानाको ब्यवस्था गरेको छ। साथै प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी वा उजुरी सुन्ने निकायले दिएको निर्देशन कार्यलयको ब्यवस्थापकले पालना नगरे पनि १० हजार जरिवानाको भागिदार बन्नुपर्नेछ।

यौन दुर्व्यवहार गरेको ब्यक्तिले उजुरी र सजाय भएपछि समेत पुनः त्यस्तो कार्य गरेमा सजाय दोब्बर हुने ब्यवस्था विधेयकले गरेको छ। साथै यौनजन्य दुर्व्यवहार गरेको झुटो उजुरी गरेमा समेत १० हजार जरिवाना तिर्नुपर्ने ब्यवस्था ऐनले गरेको छ।

आइतबार सदनमा ऐन प्रस्तुत गर्दै महिला, बालबालिका तथा समाज कल्याण मन्त्री नीलम केसीले क्याविन डान्स रेष्टुरेन्ट मसाज पार्लर तथा अन्य कार्यस्थलमा महिला कामदारले भोग्नु परेको यौनजन्य दुर्व्यवहार निषेध गर्न विधेयक ल्याइएको बताइन्।

उनले विभिन्न समयमा अदालतबाट भएको आदेश तथा महिलाविरुद्ध हुने भेदभाव उन्मुलन गर्ने महासन्धिको नेपाल पक्ष राष्ट्र भएकाले पनि विधेयक आवश्यक परेको बताइन्।

विधेयक राष्ट्रपतिले प्रमाणीकरण भएको मितिले ९१ औँ दिनबाट लागु हुनेछ।

मोबाइलमा मायालु युवतीसित गफ गर्ने प्रस्ताव आयो? सावधान ! झुक्किएर पनि फोन नगर्नुहोला

विगत केही दिनदेखि नेपाल टेलिकमका मोबाइलहरुमा यस्ता एसएमएसहरु आइरहेका छन्-

“002431330218 मायालु युवतीहरुसँग गफ गर्न चाहनुहुन्छ?”
“आफ्नो प्रेमलाई भेट्न चाहनु हुन्छ ? अहिले फोन गर्नुहोस्”
“साँचो मित्रताले तपाईंलाई पर्खिरहेको छ!”
“आफ्नो बाँकी मनलाई भेट्नुहोस्।”
“अरुहरुलाई तपाईंसँग भेट्ने एक मौका दिनुहोस्!”

सावधान, झुक्किएर पनि ती नम्बरमा फोन नगर्नुहोस्। कसले गरिरहेको छ यस्तो मेसेज? किन आउँदैछ यस्ता मेसेज? कसरी रोक्न सकिन्छ यसलाई? नेपाल टेलिकम यस्तो भन्छ-
नेपाल टेलिकमको मोबाइल प्रयोगकर्ताहरुमा +2431330761 वा यस्तै नम्बरबाट विभिन्न प्रकारका SMS आएको पाइएको छ। कम्पनीले यो Fake SMS भएको जानकारी दिइसकेको छ।

यो नेपाल टेलिकम तथा टेलिकमको Value Added Service Provider को सेवासँग सम्बन्धित छैन। यो नम्बरमा झुक्किएर पनि कल नगर्नु होला।

कम्पनी यस किसिमका Fake SMS नियन्त्रणमा लागेको छ। यदि तपाइँ वा तपाइँको साथीको कुनै नम्बरमा यस्तो SMS आएको छ भने SMS आएको उक्त नम्बर हामीलाई ntc.news@ntc.net.np मा Mail गरी जानकारी दिनुहुन अनुरोध छ। Fake SMS आउने त्यस्ता नम्बरलाई बन्द गर्न सकिने ब्यवस्था गरिएको छ।

भारतमा एक महिलालाई कारमा लिफ्ट दिने बहानामा रातभरी सामूहिक बलात्कार गरियो,

Crime Patrol in the present episode has exposed the episode number 135 and it is entitled as," Rita Gomes Gets Raped by Vikram and His Friends." In the beginning of the program, Rita Gomes was thrown out of the vehicle. She called Pankaj so that he can pick her up. She was in such a hard situation that she said that she was raped that night. Pankaj and Rita reached to her home but she revealed nothing to her family members. Rita Gomes was from Kolkata. She could not say what had happened to her. On that very night, she had gone to a pub with her friends after the office. Rita Gomes was in party with her friends in the discotheque in Kokata.

 In the same occasion, Vikram was presented in the disco and he introduced himself to Rita. Rita was forced her to have couple of drink with him. Rita agreed as she was alone and later she met her friends and took a leave from the Disc as it was 2 in the night.  Vikram tried to approach her for the lift and Rita agreed and then to sit in the car. Rita narrated everything to her family member. But Rita was herself a mother of two children. She locked up herself in the room for 4 days as she was scared and has lost the belief from the males. She was convinced by her families and thus convinced that she should complain against Vikram, Shahid and Mazhar.  But the police took it lightly.

Four Lions Were Defeated By A Single Hippo

"Hippopotamus" is a tremendous, mostly herbivorous mammal in sub Saharan Africa, and one of only two extant species in the family Hippopotamidae. The name comes from the ancient Greek for "river horse" . After the elephant and rhinoceros, the hippopotamus is the third largest type of mammalian found in land and the heaviest extant artiodactyl. "Lion", The lion is one of the four big cats in the genus Panthera and a member of the family Felidae. With some males exceeding 250 kg in weight, it is the second largest living cat after the tiger.

In a recent incident, a giant hippo turned the tables on a hungry pride of lions when they tried to attack him  by fighting itself  against them, out of a tricky situation before chasing the vicious predators away. A pictures taken by French photography duo Laurent Renaud and Dominique Haution, these incredible photos shows a group of lions creep up on a lone hippopotamus on the plains of Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya.But instead of becoming dinner for the pride, the brave hippo fights against and the lions turn on their heels fearing they might get a flavor of their own medicine. It's incredible and bravery of the hippo that the hippo manage to escape and to rejoin the river.

In the photographs, we can see a male lion circles the hippo before two lions jump on it and try and bring it down. They appear to be successful when the hippo is forced into a ditch and four lions jump on its back. But within a few moments the hippo proves them wrong, hippo bared its teeth and managed to shake the pride off. After then he lions are sent muddling onto the grasslands and the hippo even starts to chase them away as it snarls victoriously.

Young University student fatally beaten to death for protecting two teenage girls,being harassed

How far is it verdict to kill for the one who stood for the justice? It is obviously unjustified to do so but here is the video which has shown a  young woman was beaten to death after she has defended two teenage girls from being harassed in the attack. The incident has happened in Germany as the University student Tuğçe Albayrak was struck to the ground and was killed. The video is so shocking since it has shown how the woman was beaten to death for helping two girls who were being harassed in McDonald’s.

The woman was just 18 years old and she was admitted hitting Tuğçe Albayrak is in custody. The father of victim has appealed to help to the police so that  they can initiate the investigation. The vigil was attended by more than 150 people so that they can pay honor to her memory on Monday. The video is so shocking which has shown the moment a University student who was struck to the ground and was killed after she had protected two teenage girls who were being harassed.  The convict is in custody over the November 15 attack which left the university student of German-Turkish descent, in a coma.

The doctors have stated that she would never regain consciousness and thus her parents made the decision to switch off her life support machine on Friday. Her father has appealed for the girls who are protected by the victim to help police with the investigation in to her murder. Ali Albayrak  has stated that his daughter has saved the two girls and has pleaded to them to make a statement to the police. Sanel M from the Sandzak region of south-west Serbia is in police custody and has admitted for attacking the victim. The video is thus published on the Bild Website as the video has projected on how the attacker getting out of his car has approached to Ms Albayrak and her friends.

यि महिलाको उमेर गेस गर्नुस् त कति बर्षकी होलिन

यिनको नाम Jung Da Yeon हो। यिनी दक्षिण कोरियामा momjjang ajumma अर्थात् गजबको जिउ भएकी आमाको रुपमा चिनिन्छन्। कति वर्षकी होलिन् उनी ल गेस गर्नुस् त।

तपाईँको अनुमान मिल्यो मिलेन थाहा भएन। उनी दुई सन्तानकी आमा हुन् र पत्याउन गाह्रो भए पनि ४६ वर्षकी हुन्। नियमित एक्सरसाइज गरेर २० किलो घटाएपछि उनको जिउ यस्तो लोभलाग्दो भएको हो। नत्र सन् २००३ सम्म त उनको वजन ७० किलो थियो। ३ महिना कडा डाइटिङ र एक्सरसाइज गरेर जिउ यस्तो बनाएपछि अहिले दक्षिण कोरियामा momjjang syndrome नै भएको छ उनको कारण। अहिले उनी फिटनेस गुरु भएर लाखौँको कमाइ गरिरहेकी छिन्।
