Long time ago our ancestors used to wonder what if human being can fly like a bird, later on our Right brothers invented an airplane. Although people could not fly on their own but they could fly in the air. Human nature always craving for more. They desired so many thing, reached to the moon and dreamed of building human inhabitant in Mars, still their process and researches are gong on. After flying in air, getting ride in the vehicle in ground, again they wonder what if they can do both through a same device.

It has been a sci-fi dream for decades - a car that can simply take to the air to avoid traffic.  The AeroMobil can fly 430 miles on a tank of petrol and when its wings fold down, it'll fit into a normal parking space. Aeromobil is a 'flying car' that perfectly makes use of existing infrastructure created for automobiles and planes, and opens doors to real door-to-door travel,' the firm says. When in its car configuration, it can fit into a standard parking space, and it also takes normal fuel pumped at every service station.


The latest version is the third generation of the craft. The car is constructed to be fuelled at regular gas stations using the fuel for Rotax 912 ULS engine. AeroMobil says its third prototype is ready to be shown to the world this October 29th at the Pioneers Festival in Austria. This is what human nature is, craving for more and attempting their goals. विश्वको पहिलो सेक्स स्कूल जहाँ व्यावहारिक शिक्षा प्रदान गरिन्छ

The Austrian International Sex School is the world's first school of applied sexuality. The school is situated at half an hour drive from Vienna, Austria in an 18th century mansion, with Ylva Maria Thompson as the founder and headmistress of the school. The school was said to offer theoretical core education in German language and also practical lessons with classmates. The Austrian International School of Sex (AISOS) will soon be open to students near Vienna.

The opening was announced by the headmistress of the school, Ylva Maria Thompson. The vision of the school, according to Thompson, is to teach people how to be better lovers. She goes on to say that people spend time and money on training their mind, muscles, and fitness, but do not spend enough effort on developing their love making skills. This is precisely what the sex school hopes to teach. Most Brits think it's an activity best learned behind closed doors. But an enterprising Swedish schoolmistress thinks otherwise. Ylva Maria Thompson has opened the world's first international sex school to teach its students how to be better at making love.

 The Austrian International Sex School in Vienna offers 'hands on' lessons in seduction for £1,400 for a semester. The founder says anyone over the age of 16 can enroll at 'the world's first college of applied sexuality'. Students live in a mixed sex dormitory block where they're expected to practice their homework. And at the end of the course, they are awarded with adequate qualification. The new school head said: 'Our core education is not theoretical, but very practical. The emphasis is on how to be better in love making or just say how to be a better lover. In the school Sexual positions, caressing techniques, anatomical features are taught along with practices.

विवाह भएको तीन वर्ष भए पनि श्रीमान्सँगै हुनुहुन्छ कि श्रीमान् बाहिर हुनुहुन्छ पत्रबाट स्पष्ट भएन। सामान्यतः श्रीमान्सँग दुई वर्ष वस्दा वा नियमित -सातामा ३ पटक वा बढी) यौनसम्पर्क गरेको अवस्थामा, परिवार नियोजनका साधन प्रयोग नगरेको खण्डमा ८० प्रतिशत महिलामा गर्भ रहन्छ। २० प्रतिशतमा मात्र गर्भ नरहन सक्छ। गर्भ नरहने कारण महिला, पुरुष वा दुवैमा हुनसक्छ। त्यस्तो अवस्थामा केही परीक्षण पनि गर्नुपर्ने हुन सक्छ। यसका लागि तपाईंले प्रसूति तथा स्त्रीरोग विशेषज्ञसँग प्रत्यक्ष परामर्श गर्नु राम्रो हुन्छ। तपाइर्ंको उमेर धेरै नभएकाले खासै आत्तिनुपर्ने अवस्था छैन
