John Abraham and Priya Runchal tied the knot as we heralded in 2014. Here's looking back at their love story...
John took to Twitter to make the announcement early on Friday (January 3) morning. It was not apparently obvious at first, until you noticed how he had signed off. John and Priya's relationship began on a rocky note, since they first met when John was already in a steady relationship with actress Bipasha Basu. After John and Bipasha's split in 2011, there was much speculation that John might have cheated on Bips, thereby leading to the end of their relationship, but John finally broke the silence and insisted that he had never cheated on Bipasha.
Priya Runchal is an investment banker who first met John in 2010 after the two bumped into each other at their local gym. Friendship led to love and soon, she was seen on John's arm at several public events.
Priya even accompanied John and his mother to the National Film Awards in May last year, confirming that the family had accepted her into the fray too.
